The origin and role of bulldozers
A bulldozer is a machine composed of a tractor as the prime mover and a bulldozer with a cutting blade; it is used to clear land, road structures or similar work.
A bulldozer is an engineering vehicle with a large metal bulldozer in front of it. When in use, put down the bulldozer to shovel and push mud, sand and stones forward. The position and angle of the bulldozer can be adjusted.
The bulldozer can complete excavation, earth-moving and earth-unloading work alone, and has the characteristics of flexible operation, convenient rotation, small required working surface and fast driving speed.
It is mainly suitable for shallow excavation and short-term transportation of the first to third types of soil, such as site cleaning or leveling, excavation of foundation pits with a small depth and backfilling, and construction of subgrades with a small height.
1. Bulldozer is a kind of earthmoving machinery that can excavate, transport and discharge rock and soil, and has a wide range of uses in open pit mines.
2. It is used for building dumps, leveling car dumps, stacking scattered ore rocks, leveling work flats and construction sites, etc. It is not only used for auxiliary work, but also for main mining work.
3. Stripping and mining of placer deposits, traction and boosting of scrapers and rock plows, and cooperating with other earth-moving machinery to reduce the height of stripping steps when there is no transportation mining method.
