* Low-speed engine special for Shantui and Shantui’s self-made low-speed high-capacity torque converter achieve optimal match performance, high traction force, high insertion force into material pile, and good startup performance (Loaded startup capability even in 3rd gear).
* The double pump confluence hydraulic working system and the load-sensing steering system are applied to ensure flexible operations and fast and stable steering speed. The 125 large-bore lifting cylinder is applied to increase the lifting force by 12% and the total cycle time is as low as 9s to achieve higher shoveling and loading efficiency.
Reliable performance
* The structural parts, including front and rear frames and working device, are optimized and enhanced, the CAE analysis is taken for critical parts, and the main welded parts are welded by robots to ensure reliable welding quality;
* The hydraulic system parts adopt domestic renowned brand products.
* The radiator system adopts composite integrated radiator to enhance the heat dissipation area and achieve better heat dissipation performance. The fan diameter is enlarged to increase the airflow rate and improve the system heat dissipation performance.
* The patented double locating structure (Upper and lower articulated joints) features flexible steering and stable and reliable performance, with the life more than 2 times of that of single locating structure.
Convenient maintenances
* The transmission oil filler pipe is directed and the maintenance locations (Such as booster pump) are optimized to ease the routine repairs and maintenances.
